Why I’m Running for Holmdel Board of Education
Promote Student Well-Being
Every student deserves a learning environment that supports both academic achievement and emotional well-being. After seeing firsthand the impact of excessive academic pressure on students, I will advocate for policies that encourage high academic standards while creating a healthier, more balanced learning environment.
Support Every Student’s Potential and Emotional Health
Every student deserves access to opportunities that support their strengths and goals. I will work to expand access to rigorous coursework while strengthening non academic electives such as art, trades, and life skills courses so all students can find pathways to success. I will advocate for reduced academic stress and more balanced workloads and support a healthier, more sustainable learning environment for all students.
Lead with Transparency and Fiscal Responsibility
I am committed to learning how our district operates and ensuring Board of Education and administrative processes are more transparent and accessible to the public. I will ask thoughtful questions, promote open communication, and advocate for responsible spending of taxpayer dollars.
